Here, in plain language, is what you can expect from Tuvi, what you cannot expect, and our mutual responsibilities.
These terms govern the conditions of use between Unik Danışmanlık A.Ş. (product brand: Tuvi) and the person using the app ("you"). When you start using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Tuvi is a record-keeping and organising tool for parents of autistic and neurodivergent children: it keeps what you log about your child's day, turns it into an organised development journal, and prepares summaries and question lists that will help you in meetings with specialists.
⛔ Tuvi does not give medical advice, medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. No content in the app replaces the assessment of a doctor, therapist or other health professional. The app shows you information compiled from your own records; this information is not a recommendation for a decision. Always make decisions about your child's health together with your doctor.
Tuvi is not an emergency app. If there is a risk of your child harming themselves or others, or if there is an emergency health situation, do not wait — call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest health facility.
Tuvi's paid features are offered by subscription. Subscription purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payments are charged to your Apple or Google account.
The records you enter in the app belong to you. We process these records for the service to work; how we process them is described in detail in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
The app itself (interface, texts, images, software) belongs to Unik Danışmanlık A.Ş. and may not be copied, reproduced or reverse-engineered without permission.
We work to provide the service without interruption, but there may be temporary interruptions due to maintenance, outages caused by infrastructure providers, or technical necessity. We may improve or change the app's features or remove a feature; we will notify you of significant changes within the app.
Tuvi is a record-keeping and organising tool; responsibility for decisions you make based on information obtained from the app is yours. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. This limitation does not apply in cases where the law does not permit limitation of liability (e.g. intent or gross negligence).
You can close your account yourself at any time via Settings › Delete account; once you confirm, your account and all your records are permanently deleted. In the event of a serious breach of these terms, we may suspend or close your account; in such a case, we will tell you the reason.
If we update these terms, we will change the effective date and notify you of significant changes within the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and consumer court granted to you by law is reserved.
