When you download Tuvi from the App Store, two texts apply together: Apple's standard license agreement and Tuvi's own terms of use. You can reach both from here.
Tuvi uses Apple's standard end user license agreement — the text published by Apple that applies to apps downloaded from the App Store. The official text is published by Apple under the title "Licensed Application End User License Agreement":

The first 10 entries are free. After that, adding new entries requires a subscription; reading and deleting are always free. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. On iPhone, you manage and cancel it via Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
